Well, you've made it this far, and that was the hard part. Now that you have found DCU Realty let me introduce myself. My name is David Binette and I am a licensed real estate agent within the state of Massachusetts. I've resided in the Metrowest area for the past 10+ years. Currently with real estate I am member in the National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Board of Realtors, and Greater Boston Board Multiple Listing Service.
Assisting clients through the real estate market is not my job, but a passion. I've been interested in markets since childhood. This began with a fascination in the stock market. I'd chart stocks from the daily newspaper, and track them over long periods. As this hobby developed, I continued feeding my thirst for knowledge. Getting involved in Real Estate was a natural progression. The stock market seems as this mystical environment in a faraway land, all the while we are constantly surrounded by real property. I soon found myself going to the local library reading the newest issues of Banker & Tradesman about local real estate transactions and listings. And still years later I find myself continuing to further explore the real estate market.
I've also been very fortunate by working in mortgage lending for four years. In this current day in age, it has become imperative to understand what it takes to secure financing. Having very recently been both a mortgage originator and processor, I've had the luxury to gain a vast understanding about the complex inner workings of mortgages.
