Hello and welcome… my name is John Mansfield. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me. I was born and raised in Massachusetts. I grew up in Springfield, lived in Worcester for several years, and now reside in Sutton. I have worked in Western Mass, Central Mass and Boston, so I have a good understanding of the various areas of our wonderful state.
I spent the first 20 years of my working life in the Hotel Management field. During that time I was trained by the best on Customer Service. I have developed a very keen eye for detail and also Interior Design. These skills have transitioned into my Real Estate career allowing me to serve my clients to the best of my ability. My design skills come in handy when dealing with Builders and also First Time Buyers.
I am a Realtor® who works with both Buyers and Sellers. I have spent my career educating and honing my skills to better serve you. I am a Board Certified Realtor, and also a Certified Senior Move Manager (cSMM). I hold several designations, some of which include Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).
When dealing with my clients I listen to what their needs/wants are and then work to the best of my ability to achieve them. I have a base of reliable resources that I refer to on a daily basis to help me get the job done. I use every spectrum available through DCU and other sources when selling and finding a home for my clients. I am available at all times when my clients need me.
