Hi, I'm Jo Walsh and I have lived in the Merrimack valley area for 20 years. I'm married to my wonderful husband Tom and we have 4 great children, 2 daughter-in-laws and a beautiful grandson and last but not least our dog Kellie.
My career as a realtor started when my oldest son got engaged and decided to buy a home. I had just passed the test for my license and he was my first client. I was committed to finding him and his fiancé their first home and after a couple of months looking they did! Taking them out to see all different types of properties was an education for all of us. It was such a great feeling the day they passed papers. I knew then that I was destined to be a "Buyer's Agent". Knowing that I helped bring such joy and happiness to a young couple buying their first home was such a great feeling.
Since that first sale I have helped so many first time home buyers find their home. Educating them in the buying process, answering all their questions and concerns, and being with them every step of the way is something I do for all my clients. Because of my commitment to my buyers each step of the way, I am able to help them be better prepared from the beginning. This eliminates many of the common problems that arise during the course of a normal transaction, saving the buyers both time in solving unnecessary problems and the stress that goes along with each bump in the road.
