Karen Gearin

Hi, I'm Karen Gearin. I've lived and worked in the Worcester area for over 42 years. I'm happily married for the past seventeen years. We're proud of our four children, all of whom are successful in their individual endeavors.

I ventured into the field of Real Estate based on my supervisory skills and inter personal skills developed while working at AMICA Mutual Insurance Company for 32 years. I receive a great degree of satisfaction in working with people to find their dream home, representing a major investment. I've assisted a multitude of families make the difficult transition in moving into a new home, downsizing to more functional living or moving into the central Mass area or out of state. My areas of specialty are residential real estate and land acquisition or sale.

Faced with selling a house for the first time, I decided to see if I could save a few bucks by going it alone. I quickly realized that the process is far more involved than I expected.
