I am a full time realtor dedicated to providing you with the absolute best service and professionalism.

I was born in Somerville MA and raised in Medford. I currently live in Dunstable MA, a small town of 3300 people just south of the New Hampshire border. I am currently a Selectman for the Town of Dunstable and a member of its Rural Land Trust and Community Preservation Committee. I work all over Greater Boston and Merrimack Valley, including the North Shore and Southern and Seacoast New Hampshire.

I recently retired from the Middlesex County Sheriffs Office after 21 years of service. During my tenor I have trained, traveled and worked closely with many public safety and local Government entities throughout the Commonwealth and all over the Country. I retired as an Assistant Superintendent responsible for the agencies property and Capital assets. My training throughout the last 20 years include Ethics, Negotiations, Capital Asset Management and Procurement, Executive Leadership and computer networking. This experience gives me a vast sphere of influence and access that greatly enhance my job as a full time broker.

I was also awarded the Medford B.P.O. Elks #915 Americanism Award for efforts at ground zero immediately following Sept.11,2001. I am also a member of: Massachusetts Association of Realtors, North Shore Board of Realtors, Greater Manchester / Nashua NH Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Municipal Association, Northern Middlesex Council of Government, Medford Elks, Malden Irish American Club, Malden Italian American Citizens Club, Italian American Police Officers Association of Massachusetts, St. Josephs Society of Boston, Madonna Della Cava of Boston, Sulmona Sportsman's club of Boston, Tyngsborough Sportsman's Club, Dunstable Rural Land trust, and Greenlands Association of Hampton NH.

Kenny was the realtor that took his time, did his research, made us feel "worry free", came up with a realistic sale price and had a few contingency plans if our goals were not met.

One we were under contract with Kenny, he immediately had a broker open house and boy did he do it the right way. We were flooded with brokers, Kenny is top shelf, he spared no expense, cut no corners. After the broker open house, he took all comments into consideration, formulated a game plan and sold our house within a few weeks (yes, in this economy).
